Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
